Rejuvology Practitioner Agreement
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in the Rejuvology training program (the "Program") By registering for the Program, you (the "practitioner") signify your acceptance of and obligation to comply with these legal terms and conditions. If you have objections to any of the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register or participate in the Program.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the successful completion of training, practitioner will be granted a Certification of Rejuvology Training which will allow the practitioner to promote themselves as a Certified Rejuvologist™
Upon receipt of certification, practitioners shall conduct their own business as a practitioner, accepting that this program is an educational and training program on the Method and not a franchise, business opportunity, employment relationship, referral program, or implied endorsement. Practitioners shall conduct their own career or business fully independently from Abigail James and Rejuvology and do not need to and shall not report to or pay a portion of income or revenue to Rejuvology. Practitioners understand that once they receive certification, they are not a representative of Rejuvology or Abigail James and are not authorized to make any such claims. The Program is a certification of completion of training of a specific method and is not and must not be marketed as, or implied endorsement by Abigail James.
Rejuvology Practitioner Agreement
As a trained Rejuvology practitioner this commitment to themselves to be a Therapist of Excellence. As such the practitioner will endeavor to proudly share training in Rejuvology with clients and uphold the methods, routine and the integrity of Rejuvology to the best of their ability. The practitioner acknowledges that Rejuvology training is for the individual practitioner, to display on their website(s) and marketing material(s) to show they have trained in Rejuvology and will credit these skills and methods to Rejuvology & Abigail James Ltd.
Conduct and termination
The company may terminate or cancel your training, ask you to leave the training, access to the members area and inclusion on the clinic finder with immediate effect. At its sole discretion for unprofessionalism, including but not exclusively: Bad manners, being difficult to work with, disruptive behavior, bullying, refusal to participate in training activity, disrespectful or discriminatory to other students, members of the Rejuvology team and venue staff not employed by Abigail James Ltd. Practitioners are not to approach a member of the Rejuvology and or Abigail James team with the intention of employing their services for their own gain. Tuition fees in any of these instances will not be refundable.
Personal conduct
The Practitioner agrees to conduct themselves in a professional, friendly, kind inclusive manner throughout all activities and training in person and online. The Practitioner understands that if negative feedback about themselves as a Rejuvology practitioner or as someone who has completed the training is received, Abigail James Ltd reserves the right to remove them from the Rejuvology clinic finder and/or future training(s).
Ownership of The Works
The Works are the proprietary and licensed property of Rejuvology and Abigail James Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, both domestic and international. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring, assigning, licensing, or conveying any such ownership or proprietary rights to the Works. The Practitioner may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, legal or proprietary notices in or on any portions of the Works. The Coach may not duplicate, modify, or otherwise use the Works in any other format unless otherwise noted in the Program materials or Resources without the prior written consent of Abigail James Ltd.
Copyright / ownership
The Practitioner agrees not to replicate any of the training material with a third party, person or business or replicate these methods and use them under another name or method or train other therapists in these methods learnt, under the name of Rejuvology or any other name. The course content in its entirety, including artwork, downloads and videos are protected by copyright and can not be copied or shared and protected by UK copyright law. Practitioner agrees not to use a website address, social media handle, company and or clinic name with the use of the words Rejuvology, Rejuvotherapy and Abigail James within its title.. Rejuvology, Rejuvotherapy and Abigail James are registered trademarks protected by copyright law.
Treatment pricing
The Practitioner agrees to display Rejuvlogy in a price and value format as set out by Rejuvology company and Abigail James Ltd and not advertise or promote on the internet and or social media at a reduced rate. Access to the Rejuvology platform and inclusion on the clinic finder will be revoked until any content is permanently removed and or altered to bring into line with company guidelines as to not devalue the brand.
Fees
The Practitioner agrees to pay training fees to their full value, be that in one payment or via payment plan. If payments are not made your access to the course will be revoked with immediate effect until any outstanding balance is brought up to date. Refunds are only possible within 2 days of purchasing the course, proof of course material not having been viewed and or downloaded will be required. This keeps the group and access to serious practitioners who openly want to study this method and protects the intellectual property and respects the personal investment of time and shared knowledge of Abigail James Ltd to those who intend to use this information as it is intended to be. With honesty, loyalty and commitment to Rejuvology. The fees for training may at times be promoted at special offer pricing. Any difference in pricing from the purchase price at the time of purchase is not refundable at a later date if a lower price is identified after your sign up or completion of the course. Training can be deferred to another training date within a 12 month period should an emergency or ill health occur. Any deposit or moneys paid will expire at 12 months if training has not been utilized during that time.
Use of Name, Image, Likeness, Testimonials
Practitioner grants Rejuvology the right to use their name, likeness, image, testimonials, before and after images feedback, and/or comments, to further promote the Training and Rejuvology other products and services. Such promotional use of Testimonials includes print, audio, video, social media, or any format or form now existing or later developed.Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to opt out of allowing Rejuvology to use your Testimonials by notifying Company via email at [email protected] there is a 2-step verification process. Once you send your email request to the company, it then sends to you an email confirmation. If you do not receive the confirmation, then follow up. There must be proof of receipt.
Modifications
Rejuvology company may at any time and in any manner make changes to the Training Content /or modify the form the Training takes. Changes are deemed acknowledged, understood, and accepted if the practitioner continues to use the services after any such notice is given. For that reason, it is important that You check communication generated from Rejuvology via email and members to stay informed.
Indemnification & liability
The Practitioner acknowledges and understands that participation in the Training Program involves very rare but not impossible risks, including the possibility of injury. The practitioner voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees to diligently follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the Training Provider during the Training Program.Release and Indemnification: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the practitioner hereby releases and discharges the Training Provider and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with any injury, harm, or damage that may occur during the Training Program.
No Guarantee
There are no guarantees. Rejuvology and Abigail James Ltd are not miracle-workers. You are provided access to the content and the opportunity to participate in the training. You get out of the training what you put into it. You commit and agree to faithfully execute all of the exercises, activities, assignments, and if you are unclear about something, please ASK questions.Rejuvology and Abigail James Ltd do not, nor can it, guarantee results, including but not limited to increased profits, a new job, a better life, a raise, a career promotion, or any other outcome. I, the undersigned Practitioner, agree to the terms and conditions detailed in this binding Agreement.
